What to Expect
Welcome to Lake Days Aqua Park, located at Carlton Landing on Lake Eufaula, Oklahoma!
Here's what you need to know to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience:
- Session Length & Reservations: Each session lasts 60 minutes and must be reserved in advance. Use the "Book Your Tickets Now" button to select your desired date and session time. Every participant is required to have a signed waiver completed before arriving for their session.
- Arrival Time: Plan to arrive 20–30 minutes early to check in, receive your Personal Flotation Vest, and get ready for the session. The session begins promptly at the time you reserve, with a briefing held a few minutes beforehand.
- Safety Gear: Wearing a Coast Guard-approved Personal Flotation Vest is mandatory. Vests are provided by the park, but you may bring your own if it meets Coast Guard approval.
- Age Requirements:
- Absolutely no children under 7 years old and under 45 inches tall are allowed to participate.
- Kids aged 7 - 9 must be accompanied by an adult who is at least 18 years old.
- Dock Space: We aim to make your visit as smooth as possible, but please keep in mind:
- Limited Shade: There is minimal shade available on the dock.
- Minimal Storage: We provide a small storage area on the dock for essential items, such as keys, wallets, phones, and shoes. However, we recommend leaving most personal belongings in your vehicle.
- Responsibility: While we take care to keep the area safe, the park is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please plan accordingly.

RULES and REGULATIONS
General Safety Rules
- Children aged 7–9 must be accompanied by an adult who is at least 18 years old.
- Guests with serious medical conditions, including congenital heart disease, high blood pressure, or other illnesses that could be worsened by heat or strenuous activities, are discouraged from using the park.
- Guests with mobility issues or previous injuries, such as back, knee, hip, or joint problems, are not permitted to use the park unless they have written clearance from a physician.
- Pregnant individuals are not allowed to use the park due to safety concerns.
DOs: What’s Allowed
- Use the buddy system while inside the park.
- Wear proper swimwear, such as rash guards, board shorts, bikinis, or other form-fitting clothing. Spandex is acceptable.
- Play barefoot or in aqua/swim socks for safety.
- Always wear a Coast Guard-approved Personal Flotation Vest provided and/or fitted by a certified Lake Days lifeguard.
- If you fall into the water, turn onto your back to breathe effortlessly.
- Use both hands when climbing or descending park structures.
- Be mindful of other participants and avoid bumping into them.
- Help others when they need assistance—be a friend!
- Take note of lifeguard locations and view them as your support team.
- Follow all lifeguard commands and instructions promptly.
DON’Ts: What’s Not Allowed
- Don’t bring sharp objects into the park.
- Don’t dive headfirst into the water.
- Don’t swim underneath the inflatable units.
- Don’t bring food or drinks onto the park.
- Don’t smoke in the park area.
- Don’t wear jewelry, earrings, or eyewear to avoid accidents.
- Don’t wear sandals, slippers, or shoes while on the park structures.
- Don’t remove your Personal Flotation Vest until you are back on the dock.
- Don’t enter the park if under the influence of alcohol, illegal substances, or medication that impairs judgment.
Inclement Weather and Cancellation Policy
At Lake Days Aqua Park, we understand
that unexpected weather and scheduling
changes can occur. Please review our
policies below.
Guest Cancellations and Late Arrivals
- If you fail to show up for your reserved session or arrive late, no refunds will be issued.
- Guests who arrive late may reschedule for a later session the same day, provided there is space available.
Weather-Related Cancellations
- Sessions will be canceled if lightning is detected within 10 miles of the park.
- The weather must be clear for 30 consecutive minutes before sessions can resume.
- If your session is interrupted or canceled due to weather, you will have the option to:
- Move to a later session the same day (if available).
- Reschedule for another day.
- Receive a full refund for the affected session.
How We Notify Guests
- In the event of a weather-related cancellation, we will notify you as soon as possible via the contact information provided at booking. Notifications will also be shared via our social media channels. Please ensure your contact details are accurate and follow us on social media for updates.
